Reproducing a work that is under copyright in its entirety can potentially violate US Copyright Law. However, there is a provision known as Fair Use in Section 107 of the US Copyright Act that may make your request possible (especially if the intended use is educational and the work is out-of-print).

In order to reproduce this work in its entirety without violating copyright, you must be sure that you are adhering to all four aspects of US Copyright Law Section 107 (Fair Use). Please take a moment to examine these and justify in writing how each of the four factors applies to this request.
