Search for the book in the library catalog and look for the item's status. If the book is on the shelf, its status will be Available. If checked out, you will see the date the book is due. Less commonly, you will see a status such as Missing, In Processing, or In Transit.

If you need an item that is checked out by another user, you can place a hold. For more information on holds, check out this FAQ

Tips for searching:

If you know the title of the book, do a title search for the book in the library catalog.

If you only know the author's name, do an author search (last name first) here.

If you aren't sure of the title or the author, do a keyword search in the catalog.

If you don't find the book in our library's collection, search for it in the PASCAL Delivers catalog. If it is available there, you can request to have it delivered here for your use. Click on the "Request" link and follow the instructions.
