If you are having trouble logging in to your ILLiad (interlibrary loan) account, you may need to reset your password. To reset your ILLiad password, use the following steps:

  1. Using the Reset Password Form (also found under Common Questions), enter your Username, and click Reset Password

  2. Check your CofC email for a message with the subject line: Password Reset for ILLiad web (Automated Message). Be aware that it may take a few minutes for the email to appear in your inbox. 

  3. Click on the link provided in the email. Then enter a New Password. Note that you may have to log in again using your CofC credentials as before, but this time using your New Password.
