The O'Reilly eBook platform authenticates using an email address. Whether you access the platform through the A-Z Databases page link, or through an individual book on the library's Discovery Service, you will first see a page that asks you to Select your institution.
College of Charleston is not included in this menu, so select "Not listed? Click here"
This selection will then prompt you for your Academic email. Type in your CofC email address, and you will gain access to the platform.
O’Reilly will send a welcome email which will give instructions for creating a user account for the platform. Creating an O’Reilly account is not required, but it provides access to extra features, including personal playlists and use of the mobile app, which allows downloading for offline access.
