When you change your MyCharleston password, this also changes the password that is required to access the wireless network on campus.

When your computer tries to connect using the old password and fails, it should prompt you with a balloon that says “Enter additional information”.

When you click on it, you should see a box pop up with your username (grayed out) and password (dots, already highlighted).

Just delete the old password, and type your new MyCharleston password in its place.

Click OK, and you should be reconnected within a few seconds.
