Please see attached files at the end of this entry for instructions with images.

For CofC students
Students are allocated 300 pages free black and white printing three times a year (fall, spring, and summer.)
After this allocation is used, further pages are $0.05 each payable only through your Cougar Card.
Color printing is available at a cost of $0.35 per page, payable in cash or through your Cougar Card.

Once you have used all of your free prints,  printing requires that your Cougar Card information is entered into the print management system.  You do this by using the Cougar Card Self Registration Station located on the back of the information desk in the library facing classroom 120.  Simply swipe your cougar card, then when prompted enter your MyCharleston credentials to associate your cougar card with your printing account.  Once you have completed this process, any further printing will automatically be subtracted from your cougar cash.  You should also get an email copy of this message when your print balance falls below $1.

If you do not have any cougar cash on your card, you can add this by using the card value center in the Addlestone Library 1st floor copier room (which shows up immediately) or by visiting which may have a 2-3 hour delay before the funds are available.

For other library users
For library users presenting Friends of the Library cards or ID cards from PASCAL or CALC instituions, printing is $0.10 per page. These users must pay in cash. The "public printer" accepts $1 bills, quarters, dimes, and nickels.
Color printing is also available at a cost of $0.35 per page, payable in cash.
