If you made the appointment using the Meet with Us link online, there is a link for cancelling the appointment in your confirmation email message from the Appointment Manager system. You can also login to Appointment manager and click on "Go To My Appointments" and cancel from there. Cancel the existing appointment, and then make another appointment for a different time or date.

Alternatively, contact the librarian directly and negotiate a new appointment time.
