If you made the appointment through the library website, you should have received a confirmation email from LibCal. There is a link for cancelling the appointment in that email.  Cancel the existing appointment, and then make another appointment for a different time or date.

Alternatively, contact the librarian or archivist directly to arrange a new appointment time. If you cannot find the email and do not remember who your appointment was with, contact the Access & Instruction Desk for assistance.
